Anni Glitters (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates www.anniglitters.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to the practices described below.

1. Who we are

Anni Glitters is a small-batch fashion and artisan kitchenware brand operated from 12 Teaberry Lane, Rancho Santa Margarita, CA 92688, USA. For any privacy question, write to anniglitters11@gmail.com.

2. Information we collect

Order information — name, shipping address, email, phone number, and items purchased. Collected when you place an order through our Shopify checkout or by messaging us on WhatsApp.
Payment information — card or wallet details are handled directly by Shopify Payments and their processors. We never see or store full card numbers on our servers.
Communications — messages you send us by email, WhatsApp, or social media, plus our replies.
Site usage — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring URL. Used for security, fraud prevention, and to fix bugs. Logs are retained for 30 days.
Cookies — a small session cookie keeps your cart working. Shopify sets additional cookies during checkout (described in their privacy policy).

3. How we use your information

Process and fulfill your orders, including handing off your shipping address to our fulfillment partners.
Respond to your questions and provide customer support.
Send order confirmations, shipping updates, and (only if you opt in) occasional new-collection emails.
Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
Comply with legal obligations such as tax records and refund requests.

4. Who we share with

We only share what is necessary, with vetted partners:

Shopify — e-commerce platform that processes checkout and payments.
Fulfillment & shipping partners — receive your name, address, and order contents to deliver your purchase. Some kitchenware items ship directly from suppliers based in India.
Email and messaging providers — to send order updates and reply to your messages.
AWS — we host this site on Amazon Web Services in the United States.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

5. International shipping & data transfers

If your order includes items that ship from outside the United States, your shipping address will be transferred to the originating supplier solely to deliver your order. By placing such an order, you consent to that transfer.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to:

Confirm what personal information we hold about you.
Correct anything that is inaccurate.
Delete your information (subject to legal recordkeeping for completed orders).
Opt out of marketing emails — click the unsubscribe link in any email, or reply STOP.

California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know the categories of personal information collected and the right to request deletion. We do not sell personal information.

7. Children

Our site is intended for shoppers aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.

8. Security

We use HTTPS across the entire site, restrict server access, and rely on Shopify’s PCI-compliant infrastructure for all card data. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes to this policy

If we make a material change, we will update the “Effective” date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email or a banner on the site.
