Welcome to Anni Glitters. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.anniglitters.com and any purchases made through the site or via WhatsApp. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
Anni Glitters is a small-batch fashion and artisan kitchenware brand operated from 12 Teaberry Lane, Rancho Santa Margarita, CA 92688, USA. Email: anniglitters11@gmail.com. WhatsApp: +1 (949) 774-0799.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
3. Products, pricing & availability
- Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice.
- We make every effort to display colors and details accurately, but handcrafted items may have natural variation.
- Quantities are limited. We reserve the right to limit, cancel, or refund any order at our discretion (for example, in cases of suspected fraud or a pricing error).
4. Orders & payment
Checkout is provided by Shopify Payments, with support for major credit cards and digital wallets. Orders are not confirmed until payment is captured and you receive an order confirmation email. We may decline an order that violates these Terms.
5. Shipping & delivery
- US fashion items typically ship within 3–5 business days from California, with delivery in 5–10 business days.
- Artisan kitchenware ships directly from our partner workshops in India and arrives in 10–21 business days.
- Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Shipping times exclude weekends, holidays, and customs clearance.
- You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Returned-to-sender packages caused by address errors may incur a re-shipping fee.
- For international orders (outside the US), the recipient is responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country.
6. Returns & refunds
- We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged items in original condition within 14 days of delivery.
- To start a return, email anniglitters11@gmail.com with your order number. We will send return instructions.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Final sale: earrings, beauty items, and clearance items are not eligible for return for hygiene reasons.
7. WhatsApp orders
You may place orders by messaging our WhatsApp line (+1 949 774 0799). Orders placed this way are subject to the same Terms as orders placed on the website, including pricing, shipping, and return policies. Payment is collected through a Shopify checkout link we send you.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including product photos, text, the “Anni Glitters” name, and the logo — is owned by Anni Glitters or its content partners and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose or to commit fraud.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, scrape, or interfere with the site.
- Submit false information, impersonate another person, or use someone else’s payment method without authorization.
- Resell our products at a markup without a written wholesale agreement.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The site and our products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anni Glitters will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or any product purchased from us. Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Anni Glitters harmless from any claim, loss, or expense arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site.
13. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective” date at the top will reflect the latest revision. Your continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
